Our service does not stop once we have installed the equipment for you. We also offer full after sales support including maintenance and repairs. We are still happy to service your soundsystem even if you have old equipment or someone else did the installation.

In the Sussex area we offer 24 hour call out if anything happens. If you are in London or further afield we aim to get to you in the next couple of days. If need be, broken equipment can always be posted to us to be repaired by our competent engineers. They have experience repairing and maintaining a vast array of equipment including mixing desks, amplifiers, processing and a host of gizmos you could not begin to imagine.

Regular maintenance prevents equipment getting broken and will save you money in the long term. An example of this is regularly having you amplifiers cleaned to help prevent them from overheating and cutting out.

To help you meet the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) we do fully certified PAT testing (Portable Appliance Testing). This is essential for any electrical applicane that is used at a place of work or in a public establishment.

If drinks get spilt on equipment it is not always the end of the world. The first thing to do is turn the equipment off as soon as possible. Then give us a call and our experienced engineers will be able to tell what damage has been done before fixing it for you.

When loudspeakers are driven too hard they can get blown. This usually happens when the DJ or sound engineer is trying to push the soundsystem too much. When installing sound equipment we do our best to make sure everything is protected from such abuse. However, sometimes equipment is tampered with and it is unavoidable. Usually if a speaker gets blown it does not require a complete new unit. Instead we can often do a re-cone which just replaces the broken part.
